Bird News Friday 10th January

The first winter Glaucous Gull was still at East Strand Car Park, Portrush. The adult Ring-billed Gull was also present. (Colin Guy).

A redhead Goosander was at Begney Lough near Dromara this afternoon. (David Nixon).

The Siberian Chiffchaff was still showing well near Rockport School in Hollywood. (Richard Weyl).

15 Twite, 40 Goldfinch, 25 Greenfinch, 20 Chaffinch, 25 Tree Sparrow, 40 Turnstone and 15 Golden Plover were at Glencraig, Camphill Community at Craigavad (Warren Rainey).
