Bird News Sunday 15th December

The pair of Long-tailed Ducks were still on the Quoile river, Co Down, by 2nd car park from the Countryside Centre. (Keith Bennett)

The juvenile Spoonbill was still at Castle Espie and 55 Grey Plover at Islandhill (Gerard McGeehan)

The adult Ring-billed Gull and 33 Sanderling were at Portrush East Strand (Richard Gray)

A flock of 300 Lapwing and 100 Curlew were in a field beside Killough brickworks (Declan Clarke)
